Book Summary - Vinne Crowies comic book

             "Viminy Crowe's Comic Book" Review

"Pata, Pata Pat" Its been 2 hours since the copious rainfall started. Mark have been laying down on his bed. Disappointed that he couldn't go to the water park today. All of a sudden a tiny angel appears on Mark's shoulder heaving a large book on its shoulder. " You (pant) should read ( pant) this book" it suggested as it dropped the book on his
thigh. Magically, from a miniature book, it transformed into a real life sized book. The title was " Viminy Crowe's Comic Book"  " This book is great and has comedy, adventure, and a bit of action" continued the angel Mark opened his mouth to say something, but was too slow. The angel vanished in midair and the book lay on his thigh.
The angel is absolutely correct. The book is awesome. Written by, Martha Jocelyn and Richard Scrimger, illustrated by Claudia Dávila this book is fabulous. It was published by Tundra Books and was released in 2014, and is about two young teens trapped in an about-to-be-published comic book. One named, Addy Crowe, niece of Viminy Crowe. Viminy Crowe is the author of the comic book the main characters are trapped in. The other teen is Wylder Wallace, a talkative fanboy of Viminy Crowe's Comic book. While they are in the comic book Addy notices that they are messing up the plot of the story. She worries about her uncles comic book because it is going to be published in a few days. On the other hand, Wylder wants to explore the comic book and meet the comic book characters. Due to the characters difference in opinion they have to compromise in order to come to an agreement. It is up to them to fix the plot and help Addy's Uncle.
Filled with humor and action to the brim this book is great for children ages 8 - 12. Personally, this book is suitable for both genders and can also be a family read-aloud. Characters show good characteristics including friendship, accountability, honesty, and determination. As the story goes one the characters learn that they have to accept others opinions and sometimes have to compromise on things.

In the end, Mark decided that he will read the book and enjoyed it. Maybe you will read the book like Mark and might enjoy it. After all of this Mark still wanted to ask the angel something; " You seem really smart. Can you finish my math homework?"
